- Begin at your feet and scrub upwards, using enough pressure to stimulate circulation.
- Use circular motions around your knees, at the tops, backs and inner areas of your thighs, and on the backs of your arms.
- Circle around your abdomen: from the lower right side, move up and across your belly-button, then down along the left side.
- Rinse and pat dry.

Bad for bathtub
One warning - do not use this Bliss FatGirlScrub in the bathtub, it left some very hard to remove stains on mine!

It is smooth and you don't need to worry about hurting your skin? It lets my skin breathe, i like it very much.
