Measure and trim...
First, measure your false lashes against your own lids to ensure they fit. Lift the lashes from the tray with tweezers, applicator or your fingers, and measure against your eye. If they are too long, using sharp nail scissors, snip off a small section at a time until they are perfect.
Try not to cut too much of the lash band away - it's easier to trim a little off each time rather than too much! Top tip: Apply your eye make-up before your lashes!
Add glue and wait...
Apply a thin line of the lash glue to the lash band. Try not to over-do it with the glue, as it's easier to add a little extra than try to remove it. Most sets of lashes come with glue and an easier glue applicator. Top tip: make sure you seal your glue up properly after use and wipe any excess glue away from the lid to make sure you can open it again next time!
WAIT about 20-30 seconds until the glue becomes tacky. Don't rush this step, patience is a virtue!!
Application...
Apply with tweezers, applicator or your fingers (whichever feels natural to you). We believe a set of tweezers or an applicator will give you a more precise placement, but we know it can be a little fiddly! Don't forget, practice makes perfect!
Place from the middle of the eye first, as close to your lash line as possible (but avoid glueing them onto your actual lashes - instead glue them to your lid). Adjust the edges so they follow your natural lash line. Press and hold for a few seconds. If you make a mistake, simply remove from the eye, take off the dried glue, reapply and go again. Top tip: Don't worry - your glue will dry clear!
