Directions for Use:

• Rub one tablespoon of scrub onto damp skin with circular, upward strokes once or twice a week
• Then, soak in a warm bath for 20 minutes
• The scrub can also be used as a quick pick-me-up in the shower, or massaged into feet prior to soaking in hot water to relieve fatigue
