I brought this having read the other reviews and was curious about this product. I am on day 5 and i have already lost 1.8lbs and that is without doing any form of exercise. The taste isn't too bad either, it tastes like watered down tropical juice. I have already ordered another box so i can complete the full 20days. Once I have done the 20 days i will post another review.

Kilo off is very tasty and refreshing also it kicks me it the morning... better than cafe. I'm feeling lighter and hope to lose few pounds before summer. It looks promising ;-)

I've now been on kilo off now for 6 days and I've been doing this alongside a slim fast diet of shake in morning, meal bar for lunch and weight watchers ready meal for tea my start weight was 171.4 pounds, now 6 days on kilo off I now weigh 174.8 pounds, so im hugely disappointed as it had a huge amounts of raving reviews. I will report back later in the week to give you more of what happens but as of now I'm certainly not impressed!!!!

The product is amazing, this is the second time I have purchased this item. First time was a trial from else where, 2nd time from HQhair, these are are bargain & they do actually suppress your appetite! Amazing bargain! would recommend to anyone.

Load of rubbish!
Bought these as I had read many reviews. Granted they were mixed but I thought I had nothing to lose. The drink itself isn't too bad. Once mixed with water it's like drinking Lilt with bits it! I took the first ten sachets and have been dieting and exercising. I'm not one that cheats either so I was expecting a large weight loss rather than my usual two pounds a week. I'm not large and probably only have about another half a stone to lose. I'm going to be honest. I lost weight but only down to my own hard work. No extra like I imagined. My stomach isn't flatter. So all those mummy tummies out there don't expect a miracle.

Just before a holiday would be perfect!
Kilo off is brilliant at getting rid of excessive water retention and slimming down your stomach noticeably! I would definitely recommend before a holiday or wedding. The taste is yummy, the foam top is a bit weird but you get used to it and it isn't unpleasant.

I've been taking kilo off for 3 days now and have already seen a big difference. I've lost 5 lbs in 3 days - wow.. I just can't wait to see how much more weight I'll lose in the next 17 days... highly recommend this product.. and doesn't taste as bad as people have been saying. It tastes like a really watered down fruit juice.. but who cares if it works and you want to lose weight :-)

Works well
I tried 2 packets and the results were that I lost 2kg over those two weeks. It didn't make me feel full as such but did make me lose a lot of water weight! Definitely recommended just before a holiday or big event to lose those few extra pounds!

Seems to be working
I have been taking Kilo off for the past few days and already I am having some effects. Firstly I have been going to the toilet more often and I am waking up early feeling hungry where as before I wouldn't be hungry till late morning. I have been drinking a lot more water as it seems to be making me thirsty. I don't seem to be eating as much or having the same cravings for sugary foods. My stomach isn't as bloated. I would recommend if you need some help with keeping the cravings at bay or just an all round detox.
