    Please note that this rating comes from someone who isn't a blue eyeshadow lover! Great e/s quality/color/application. The color is in fact its best asset: a truly mesmerizing shade of blue with a gunmetal note, under certain lights it may even look more gunmetal than blue actually. It applies smooth and easily. Goes beautifully with greys, dark blues, purples etc. for a true gorgeous smokey eye.

    Urban Decay eyeshadows are the BEST EVER. Perfect pigmentation, last forever and great packaging. I have eyeshadows from MAC, Chanel, Dior, Bobbi Brown, Benefit, and I think UD is the best by far. You can wear these eyeshadows sheer, or layer them up for dazzling effect. They stay put for hours-I put mine on in the morning for work and it stays put all day. I have most of the colours from the range, but my faves have to be 'baked' and 'half baked'. They really make blue eyes pop!
