Luxurious Conditioner
This is a must for high lighted hair! It is a lovely creamy consistency which smells delicious. It makes my hair incredibly soft without being "fly away", it also makes it very manageable. It is keeping my high lights very vibrant and blonde. I use with the matching shampoo and together they are a winning combination!
