    I ordered a Slikit cordless hair straigtener back in 2009. When I received it I was so happy about the size, colour, ease of use etc. and started to use it straight away on a regular basis. But soon after I bought it the first defects started to happen. I sent it back to receive a replacement, as these things can happen from time to time, only to receive a replacement product which is not working properly neither. On both occasions, it sometimes will charge, sometimes won't and although it says it is fully charged when I put it on the charger, whenever I switch it on it only appears to be half full. On top of that, it does not heat up properly. Sometimes it heats up with no problems, other times it gets stuck at a certain temperature and just doesn't get any hotter after switching it off and changing the temperature settings. I bought this product because I thought it would make my life easier and it is more convenient for travels and work but all that I am experiencing now is problems and inconveniences. For the money I paid for this product about a year ago, I am not at all happy with the value and hassle I am getting out of it and I'd rather have a refund then have another of these products.
