Dip a slanted liner brush into the Crème Gel Liner. Wipe brush against the side of the pot to remove any excess product. Place brush against base of the eyelash and draw a line along lashes, building desired effect. For a dramatic effect, blend liner to create a sensual eyeshadow look. For a bold statement, apply liner more generously to the outer corner of the eye with an upward sweep.
