Amazing Customer Seevice
Bought this travel size hair dryer but unfortunately it stopped working in my second attempt to use it. Might have been the fuse but didn't want to break any warranty by replacing it. I called Customer Services at 9 am on a Saturday and I received a brand new replacement on the Wednesday. Better than John Lewis or M&S retailers in terms of excellent service. The product had a fault but replaced promptly with minimal fuss. You should be very proud, great service and a pleasure to deal with. Thank You!
