Directions for use:

• Take 2 capsules in the morning with breakfast and 1 capsule in the afternoon with lunch. Those who are sensitive to caffeine should start with just 1 capsule per day. You should try to avoid taking the capsules on an empty stomach.
• Do not take more than 2 capsules at a time and never exceed 4 capsules in a single day. Take each serving with a full glass of water. If you have difficulty sleeping, do not take this product after 3pm.
