No more old yellowing hair
5I believe in growing old gracefully, don't want to dye my hair nor go down the 'blue rinse' route taken by my mother! Having. been blond as a child & got gradually darker in my teens I used to have highlights to 'add interest' to my hair throughout my 20s & 30s. I started going grey in my late forties & nearly 30 years later now have lots of 'interest' in my hair as It goes from white in front & on top to original dark still underneath! I find this shampoo has dealt with the horrid 'yellowing' of my white hair without making it either blue or purple!

4Got this based on previous reviews and a ginger tinge to my newly hi lighted blonde hair. To be honest I have only used it twice so far and have not noticed any difference. I'm hoping I've been over cautious in not using enough....here's to plenty of bubbles and Debbie Harry next time round!

5I have curly hair which I have bleached at the roots then a toner over all my hair to blend the colour contrast. This shampoo takes the extra step of removing any brassy tones that may develop or persist. A must for light blondes.

4I use this L'Oreal Serie Expert Silver Shampoo regularly to boost the platinum look in my hair when it starts to get a bit brassy between visiting the hairdresser. It does leave your hair a bit more dry if you use it too often, so I limit my use to once a week, which is more than enough to remove the brassy colour. Also, if I notice my hair is particularly brassy, I apply the shampoo directly to dry hair and leave for 5 mins. It looks scary at first given its quite a dark colour, but it really does the trick!

4This shampoo is fantastically pigmented! The purple hue really gets rid of any brassy or golden undertones in blonde/white hair! Grab a reasonable amount (depends on hair thickness and length) and lather up..leave on for a few minutes - not too long as your hair will go violet - and tah-dah...perfect blonde hair!
