Use on damp skin, apply in large circular motions with a light pressure to buff away dead skin cells.. Most effective when used once a week. On problem/dryer areas such as knees, heels and elbows, smaller circular motions will create a little more pressure to soften and nourish. For added moisture, wet hands with water and massage all over the skin to activate the Verdure Body Scrub left on the skin after buffing to turn it into a milk for extra hydration.
