Lovely lip colour
I have the Nars Velvet Gloss Lip Pencil in shade New Lover, which is like NARS Orgasm for lips. It is a beautiful pink-peachy shade with a fine, gold shimmer. The lip pencil feels good on the lips and glides on easily. If there is one thing I would change, it is to make it a wind-up pencil instead of one you have to sharpen.

I have this Nars Velvet Gloss Lip Pencil in shade New lover, this is amazing! Very easy to apply, lasts long, very pigmented and hydrating, I'm very pleased! Love it!
Nars Velvet Gloss Lip Pencil New Lover
Beautiful colour, very wearable. Lasts much longer than a gloss and is not drying at all. The only downside is the sharpening needed, but if put in the fridge some minutes prior to sharpening the loss is minimal.
Another Nars Winner
I own this little gem in 10 shades and my most recent purchase (Never Say Never - Summer 2012) has all the hallmarks of the line - smooth silky texture, excellent staying power and really solid pigmentation - and comes in a flattering pink lilac shade.

Beautiful colour and good staying power
This lip pencil is very easy to apply. The colour is gorgeous and very special (an intense pink red) and the staying power is very good.
Nice colour payoff, not too sticky
These pencils have been quite a surprise, the colour payoff is rather nice, some are a bit more sheer than others, I have Happy Days and it offers a nice sheer coral colour, a bit on the orange side, but very nice. The smell is a bit plastic-like but not really annoying (my personal opinion), and it is not too sticky as it is not exactly a lipgloss. I do like it and the only downside of it is the fact that the tip is so soft that I am afraid I might lose a lot of product when I have to sharpen it. Also, this pencil might need to be stored in a cold place during the summer heat.
