5I use this Paul Mitchell Freeze & Shine Super Spray 500ml as a setting lotion by spraying and spreading a little through my short, very fine and uncooperative hair when it is just towel dried. Then I lift and curl the hair with my fingers and let it dry naturally.

5I have now been using this product for 20 odd years and it's my "can't live without product". Just need to spray in the morning and that's my hair sorted for the day. Brushes out completely and leaves no residue. A bonus that it was cheaper than last time and delivered to my door.

5This is just the best product if like me you can;t stand your hair being blown around in the wind. You only need a little each time which makes it a bargin.I have tried other products over the years but for me noththing comes close to Freeze & Shine.
