Paul Mitchell Foaming Pomade
I have used this Paul Mitchell Foaming Pomade for many years. I love its light, non-greasy formula and find it to be extremely economical. I really can't recommend it enough.
Miracle worker!
I have thick, dry, naturally curly/frizzy hair and have tried so many products to tame it over the years. I find that if I dry my hair first, it's too frizzy to do anything with, so I use Paul Mitchell Foaming Pomade (250ml) on damp hair before scrunch drying. I've read other reviews stating that this product doesn't foam, but keep rubbing between your hands, and it turns into a low foaming waxy-feeling mousse. My hair is long, and I use a dollop the size of a penny, which when foamed is more than enough to coat all of my hair. It defines the curls without leaving my hair greasy, and also gives a nice shine, which is something I'm not used to with my hair type! I will be sticking with this. It may seem expensive, but taking into account all the half-used bottles of product left in my bathroom cupboard, it's a good buy. Oh, and it smells nice too.
Still using twenty years on
Would not hesitate to recommend this product. Can't believe have been using it for over twenty years now. I have long, dry, curly hair and this works a treat for keeping frizz to a minimum and defining curls after I've dried my locks. A little really does go a long way. I use less than a teaspoon, rub it into my hands, wave them about (funny I know but that's what the hairdresser who first recommended it did)this helps aerate the product to aid distributing it through your hair, though it doesn't foam up like mousse would by any means. I tend to use it more towards the ends as it can flatten the roots a bit. Smells gorgeous, defines curls, rids the fizz and is great for rejuvenating curls in between washes.
