High Shine Toning Mist!
I have been using this Philip B detangling mist after searching for a leave-in conditioner that left my hair neither weighed down nor sticky. This is it! It is a toning spray/mist. Sprayed onto the mid-lengths and ends of my hair after conditioning, this is the last step of my hair care regimen. Brushed through with a wide tooth comb, it has an initial faint smell of its ingredient 'apple cider vinegar' French women have used this method for years as a natural astringent so I hear. This smell evaporates quickly to leave non-sticky, pliable, soft and manageable hair. The hair cuticles feel sealed in and smooth. The added bonus is that this toning mist is pH balanced, and adapts the tap water used on washed hair. Then you are free to dry and style as you wish. When dry, the hair has bounce and shine and feels weightless. Another bonus! It is the best leave-in toning spray I have used and will continue to do so. FYI: I have thick, heavy but fine hair which is chemically processed. I hope this is helpful for women out there looking for a superb alternative to those gloopy leave-in conditioners! xx
