Seascape Island Apothecary Peppermint Oil Lip Balm (10ml)

My dry and chapped lips have been my biggest skin problem for a very long time. The skin frequently peels off and form into dry patches that not only look bad but also are a nightmare to cure or apply lipstick on. I tried many things, from usual balm sticks from Boots, to lip scrubs, to fancier L'Occitane pure shea butter balm, and I always used lipsticks with hydration on top to reduce dryness. I found that this only worked for about an hour or two, or till I eat something and wipe my lips with a tissue. Then the patches would form again. I used to peel the patches off for new skin to form - this was painful sometimes and would even bleed leaving my lips sore and exposed to bacteria. My whole experience with Seascape happened yesterday after a photo shoot (I'm a model). As usual, the make up artist had to redo my lips every 1hr as my lips would dry out and form into dry patches. I got so sick of it and peeled the patches off - it was really painful so I gave up after a while, leaving my lips half sore, sensitive, almost bloody, and half still with the patches on. I came across Seascape lip balm by accident that night while sleeping over at my friend's house and found this in her bathroom. I tried it on for the night and to my surprise I woke up the next morning with perfectly moisturized lips (I had a whooping 11hr nap!). The patches seemed to have noticeable softened. I put it on again and went to have breakfast & tea & wiped my mouth several times. Then I put my lipstick on (matte one on top of that, so no fancy hydration!). It's now been 4hrs since then and there are still no dry patches!!! The half of my lips that was sore is no longer painful or sensitive. I'm amazed and had to order a jar online immediately. Hope it arrives soon!!! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has similar problems as me.
