- Self Tanning

- Prior to application, moisturise any dry areas including elbows, knees, ankles and feet.
- Apply evenly with a tanning mitt (not included) and allow 1 hour before showering.
- Wash off guide colour after 1 hour, pat dry.
- Colour will develop further over the next 2–4 hours.
