Blend using fingertips to the inner corners of the eyes, across the brow bone and along the tops of cheekbones. Use an eyeshadow brush for precision and increased intensity. Use a powder brush to apply to shoulders, down the centre of the arms and across the décolletage for added radiance.

So pigmented
I love this highlighting palette, it has a good range of colours so you can use them for any look you create. The shades are also so pigmented!
