- Self Tan
- Exfoliate using the Body Polish 24 hours before tanning.
- Moisturise any dry areas just before tanning.
- Apply the Bronzing Mousse to an applicator mitt and apply to the body in circular motions. Use 2 pumps per arm and 4 pumps per leg.
- Wait until touch dry before getting dressed. Try not to get skin wet or sweaty for at least 4 hours and wear loose clothing for 8 hours.
- Shower off your guide colour to reveal a golden tan.
- Moisturise daily and exfoliate regularly to ensure it fades evenly.
- Re-apply the tan a few times a week.

But the smell...
I decided that i really needed a tan, but as I'm white, not even pale, just white, it's hard for me to get a tan. I got this kit, and it was great. The flip side is the smell of the scrub and lotion. It's such an old smell, not even my grandmother smells that old. As the tan has the classic tan smell, it's a real bad combination. With that being said, it's a great tan product that gives a true tan, without being too dark. After three applications it's easy to apply, and doesn't streak at all. You also get a tanning mit in this kit, and it's really the best way to apply the fake tan. I wasn't aware that the mit was included, so i got bought another one.
