To ease tweezing, take a hot shower or use a warm washcloth to open pores. Tweeze in the direction of hair growth to avoid breakage. To close pores post tweezing, use cold water or astringent. For expert results, never yank or tug on brow hairs - always use the Slant's precision tip to isolate, lift and then grab the hair from the root. This not only helps avoid breaking the hair, it's gentler on your skin. Good quality, fair price, but not the the best I have used. Rubis are much sharper and precise at grabbing those tiny fine ones that normally just keep sliding through!
Excellent general purpose tweezers
These Tweezerman Slant® Tweezer Classic Stainless are excellent tweezers - as other reviewers have stated, I wish I'd purchased these along time ago. Compared to my old tweezers they save time and reduce or avoid damage to the skin!
