Not 24/7.
Bought this after many recommendations. The colour is beautiful, although in my opinion it would have been prettier and more versatile if they skipped the metallic in it. Urban Decay promote this pencil as buttery soft and with starting power up to 24 hrs. Thereof the name obviously. The buttery part is true and wonderful, unfortunately if you are using this on your waterline, it does not stay very long at all. Re-application gives a messy look due to it's softness. I was actually a little bit let down by this product. This was my first 24/7 eyepencil purchase, and I wonder if it is the metallic colour blend that makes it so difficult. I have experienced that with other brands as well.
