Starting at the centre of the upper lip, use the pointed tip of the ROUGE PUR COUTURE THE SLIM SHEER MATTE LIPSTICK square bullet to shape the cupid’s bow and work towards the lip corners. For the lower lip, apply from the corners of the lip towards the centre using the edges of the bullet. To build intensity, add additional layers of lipstick.
