Disappointing
I ordered these GHDs as I used to own a pair of GHDs and I loved them. I then bought a pair of Titanium Corioliss straighteners which have been great but decided recently I fancied going back to GHDs. I was so excited when they arrived and used them the following day. As I used them I felt they weren't gripping my hair very well and were ripping bits of my hair but I persevered as they were GHDs after all! I went to work that morning fairly happy with the way my hair was but by my first break I got the shock of my life when I looked in the mirror to see my hair had gone into one giant frizz ball. For the rest of the day I tried to tame the frizz unsuccessfully. As soon as I got home I dug out my old trusty Corioliss straighteners which luckily transformed my hair back into a sleek and silky style. Phew! Really disappointed as my last GHDs were so good.

Excellent choice. So easy to use on short or shoulder length hair. Great to have an automatic shut off mode after 30 minutes just in case they have been left on. Would certainly recommend them.

Perfect
I had GHDs for around 5 years and then they broke about 4 years ago, and since then I'd been using a slightly cheaper brand, but unfortunately they were no where near the same quality of GHDs. They did the job until I decided I wanted to splash out and get GHDs again. These new GHDs are just as good as I remember and they arrived so quickly.

great smooth hair
Love these straighteners, they are probably the most basic out of the range but just as good as any of the others. Heat up really quickly, love the fact that they switch off if not in constant use, so no worries if you do accidentally leave them on. They were delivered very quickly and the packaging was sufficient, would definitely use hqhair again.

It's been years that Ive used straighteners. Having swung between Philips, Morphy, Babyliss and Braun, and never being satisfied I decided to invest in a GHD ... Everyone talks about it, then it should be the best. I was very surprised by the heating time, after 20s I think it's ready beep! The hair is super shiny and perfectly smooth after two passages! Also be aware that my hair is curly. Another plus: the cable is rotating, and believe me, there is much more comfortable, especially for curling ... Oh yes, we can be beautiful, with curved sides of said "styler"!

For some time I wanted to purchase from this site the plate ghd, but I was a little scared .. Then I read some reviews and I said I have the all or nothing .. The plate is original, arrived in Italy after a week from order, so fast shipping, box-plate, and original! Good buy thanks
