I have olive/medium skin, having used the super orgasm version there was hardly a difference in colour except A LOT of glitter on the face, its way over the top there isn't a shine just glitter. I then tried it as a highlighter, again it was very shimmery and no glow but to achieve that 'glow' you have to do by adding a little mount of the illuminator with foundation.

I bought this illuminator and the orgasm blush at the same time. The blush is perfect and so is this illuminator. I have it in the super orgasm shade and it is lovely. Gives the right amount of shimmer and colour. Perfect for a sexy glow look. Amazing!

I can understand how Nars Illuminator won Elle Beauty Awards 2011. It gives the right amount of colour without looking false and mixes well with a moisturiser. Would certainly recommend this.

The Best Illuminator I Have Ever Used
I have been searching for the perfect illuminating product and have tried many, including creams and powders. Nars Illuminator is by far the best I have tried. It is a smooth cream that is not too shiny or greasy and gives just the right amount of "glow". It slides on perfectly and lasts for hours. I use mine over foundation and it does not "wash away" the foundation, but blends right in and gives a beautiful glow without too much shimmer. You only need to use a really tiny bit, a little goes a long way. I definitely prefer this to powder illuminators which look too shimmery and can make your makeup looked caked on. This product is very subtle and does not make you look overdone. I have mine in Copacabana which is perfect for my fair skin. Would absolutely recommend this product!

Perfect and pretty
This Illuminator from Nars is amazing. I have it in Copacabana. I apply it to the high points of my cheeks bones, brown bones, cupids bow and softly down my nose. My features are softened and sharpened in all the right places creating a pretty soft- focus effect. The tube is really large so will last for ages.

Prrrrrrettttyyyyy! is the first thing that comes to mind when thinking about this product. I especially love it during the summer time since it gives me this bronzy glow! It also looks amazing when you apply it underneath your blush to give it that little extra glow!

High cheekbones, summer glow - Nars does it again.
This is the best illuminator out there! It gives you a subtle glow - it doesn't glitter but makes your cheekbones look higher when the light catches them. Perfect for on the beach as it adds a summery glow! How to use: Best to put on under foundation. Put a small blob onto your hand and either with a make up brush or fingers, make three small dots on the tops of your cheekbones, especially around the bit just below your temple. Remember less is more. After use with a blush or bronzer et voila! Another use: Mix a little into foundation to give a subtle dewy glow for the summer!
