NARS Eyeshadow Base

I have used the primer for the past 2 weeks and so far I am super happy with it. I overall have pretty dry and sensitive skin, but my lids tend to get very oily during the day. I have tried so many primers incl. drugstore, UDPP Eden, Mac Paintpots but with all of them my eyeshadow creased after a coule of hours. However I have not noticed any creasing with the NARS primer. The eyeshadow (drugstore) does fade a little after a long day, but it never ends up in the crease. The primer is a bit expensive, but if it continues working like it does, I'll sure repurchase it. NARS can improve on the packaging. The applicator does work well, but it does feel like there is hardly any primer in the tube, though a little goes a long way.

Nars Pro Prime Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base is the best base eyeshadow I had never tested, but I have a very very very oily lid and sometimes Nars Pro Prime Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base it's not effective.

it works

i have oily lids so within a few hours of putting the shadow on most of it is gone and the rest of it gets in the creases. but with this primer after hours of wear it looks excatly the same as when i first put it on.

This is the best primer i ever had! I have got very oily eyelids - i tried them all, all these primers... some worked well , but i was never really pleased!The Nars primer ist the first one, that makes my eyeshadow last up to 8 hours, without making my eylids look like parchment !it melts into my skin and my skin looks natural ! I will never try another one

Excellent - can't live without

This really is the best primer for the eye that I have found - it glides on to the eyelid and evens out any uneven colour. It ensures that eye-make up stays in place all day - I find in particularly good for my eyeliner which used to wear off as the day went on, now it stays in place. I also use cream based eyeshadows that can sometimes 'melt' into your skin, whereas now with the eyeshadow base they stay in place for much longer. Another excellent product from Nars.

This is a very nice primer! It's smooth, and makes the eye shadows stay all day. I use it on my eyebrows too. Sometimes I've noticed that it can be a bit tricky to blend over it, but with a good blending brush it's not an issue.

Best eye primer so far

This Nars Pro Prime Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base is my new eye primer. I have very oily lids and staying in hot humid weather makes it even harder for any eye shadows to stay put . This eye shadow base only creases after 12/13 hours so it's definitely worth the money for me.

A really great product!

I was surprised by this eyeshadow base. This has become my savior! After an 8-hour day there's only minor creasing/smudging in the inner corners of my eyes. Definitely would recommend.

Nars Pro Prime

I think that Nars Pro Prime Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base is good prime. My eye make-up looks fresh all day. The prime is very light and transparent.

I Love this Primera. It Works very well, much more better than Urban decay Primer potion. Eyehadow stays in Place all Day, it is blendable and color is more vivid. Great product!

This stuff is simply amazing! It's my favourite by far. This primer never creases, lasts all day, and best of all, it's transparent, so no more blotchy looks. Love it!

Best eyeshadow base

I am a great fan of Nars eyeshadows and I bought this base although I already had others from different brands. It works wonders and improves colour pay-off with Nars duos. The eyeshadows stays longer but also looks better, improved.

I tried quite a few eyeshadow bases. Cheap ones, Urban Decay Primer Potion and now Nars. I have to say the Nars one is the best for my oily eyelids. It keeps the eyeshadow nice throughout the day.

This is product is more that fantastic. I have no words to describe what it can do. Better that all eyeshadow bases I've ever tried. My eyelid is so oily so I always had problems with my makeup. I tried UDPP, TFSI, MAC Paint Pots but nothing was enough good. This keeps my eye makeup perfect all day long. I absolutely recommend it!!!

Better than my previous one.

This is a great eyeshadow primer. It's better than the too faced shadow insurance. I love it, even though it is more expensive than the too faced one.

I have really oily eyelids, everything creases on my eyes, and having tried most other famous primers I desperately bought this. And it works perfectly! Will never try another primer again, this is a Holy Grail already!

Great base

Having quite oily eyelids is a curse. Without a base no eyeshadow would stay on me for more then couple of hours.... Enter Nars Pro primesmudge proof eyeshadow base. I have tried loads of different bases before with mixed results but NARS is definitively one of the best. After smudging it on the eye lids It virtually disappears and little product goes a long way. And the eyeshadow stays put for over 14hours on me.

I have used all the leading shadow stay products and this is my favourite so far. It's great with Nars soft shadow pencils too and makes them last all day. The tube is big so the product will last for ages as you only need the smallest amount. Really makes a big difference and keeps shadow looking fresh and crease free! A daily essential .. I'm an makeup addict and have tried lots of eyeshadow primers, but this is the only one I have re-purchased - it's THAT god! I have very oily eyelids and if I don't use a primer, the eyeshadow will crease after a few minutes. With this primer it stays on all day long, and i LOVE IT.

My eye make up stays in place until I take it off with absolutely no creasing or wear - this can be for well over 12 hours on a normal day. This product is excellent, I can't recommend it highly enough.

Nars smudge proof base

I have tried loads of eye shadow bases and this is definitely the best. Goes on easily to give a light, undetectable base for cream eye color. Easy to apply eye shadow on top, and holds the colour in place without any unsighlty creasing. I couldn't be without this product...
