Directions of use:
- Use once or twice per week
- Before shampooing, apply the oil onto ends of your hair
- Gently massage to rub in the product

Great product
I've only used this Phyto Subtil Elixir a few times so far but I can already see the difference in the condition of my hair. I put a small amount on an hour or so before I wash my air, and it feels really soft and shiny after I've washed it.
