Hard to judge this one: this is my first liquid eyeliner purchase. So, from what I can tell, the quality of the liquid, the way it applies and sets is awesome and would be just what eyeliner pros are after. I think the main problem I found was my own technique, which needs a little refining - the tiny, skewer-like brush and quick setting time is not forgiving. Having said that, the liquid seems to set atop the skin, rather than sinking in and this made removing it easy. You can kind of "roll" the stuff off your skin, rather than rubbing aggressively with a cloth and remover. Basically, I think once I get a bit more practice, I'll love it.

Urban Decay 24/7 Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner is absolutely amazing. It's without a doubt the best liquid eyeliner out there, and believe me, I have tried every liquid eyeliner you can think of. It leaves a glossy look that stays on all day. It actually is waterproof, and I thought that might result in that it would be difficult to work with, but it's not, it's really easy, because the brush is so thin and sharp. I don't know if I can resist from buying every single color. I'm really impressed.
