Excellent product
The GHD gold series is an excellent buy. It just glides over my hair and leaves it as smooth as silk. The finish is near salon perfection. Even though it does not have multiple heat settings, one doesn't really miss that option. The one setting that's available works just fine for me though my hair isn't very thick.
Awesome Straightener!
I might say that my opinion is not fool proof since my experience with hair straighteners is limited. But tghd really lives to its reputation! ghd Gold Classic Styler heats up in a second and does a great job straightening while not damaging hair! A great buy!
high quality professional straight and curl
This is my second hair straightener. My first was a Babyliss and I did not manage to do some nice curls, the Babyliss did not glide through the hair. This GHD feels professional. The heating goes very fast. It is quiet hard to learn how to do the perfect curls with this straightener but I hope to learn the technique some day! I noticed that it is easier to do curls on other peoples hair than your own. I have to practice. And I hope this styler will last forever!

WHAT A SHAME!
I got as impressed as other girls on here...in my case, for the worst! I can´t really understand all the great reviews. We´re talking about a very expensive styler and yes, I was waiting for the best. Instead, I only see a basic styler, it doesn't even have a temperature controller or a safe area to take it, which is everything but smooth. With this, I have to go section by section worry not to press that much, because it won´t slide well. Well, this is everything on a styler like this. I never saw such a bad plates. And i´ve been styling my hear for years. I recommend Corioliss, i think they are a far better styling iron. I have this sensation I wasted my money on this. Don´t do the same.

This ghd styler is seriously the best flat iron i have ever used on my hair. With the ghd my hair looks incredibly shiny and healthy and this shine lasts until my next hair wash... I always use the ghd heat protection first and feel like there s no damage on my hair because of flat ironing.. It might be a little pricey but its def worth the money spent :).

GHD Gold Classic Styler
Absolutely love this one! I was deciding between the gold max styler and the classic since I have very curly hair. Went for the classic styler and it now takes me 25 mins to straighten my hair after a shower as opposed to 45 mins before. The result is smooth , shiny and long lasting straightness. Very Impressed!
New GHD's
I have just bought my 2nd set of ghd's. At long last I can now go out with my hair sleek and shiny when I am on holiday, my new ghd's will banish the frizz. My "old" ghd's are not compatible for use abroad, they will stay at home waiting for me to return. No scraped back hair and ponytails for me.
Can't live without it!
The styler heats up within 20 seconds, with a gentle glide through the hair it transforms my hair into very smooth, soft and straight hair that stays in place all day without the need for any styling products. Creating soft waves and flicks was also too easy!

Fantastic product - after the first use these GHDs left my hair feeling soft, smooth and sleek. Definately the salon finish but within your own home. Also, a bonus as these GHDs were £20 off at the time of ordering. I would definately recommend these straighners to anybody looking for a new pair and the gold edition range also make them a pretty accessory to have!

Excellent product! My little boy even said mummy your hair feels really smooth!! Heats up very quickly so no waiting around and one sweep through hair and it's smooth and soft (I have thick hair)
