Packaging and postage
I ordered 5 tubes of Fudge Matte Hed from HQHair The product itself is great as always However the postage and packaging is unbelievably bad. Each of the 5 tubes was separately packaged in a box big enough for all 5 tubes and they were then sent in two separate dispatches. The lack of regard for the environment here is shocking and it also caused me the inconvenience of having to go to the post office twice to collect the packages. If this happens again - I will find a different supplier.
