My go to
It’s one of the original micelles waters and I still find myself cooking back to it every time. Gentle and doesn’t require water, yet still removes all traces of makeup. Plus, it’s cheap. What’s not to love?
Probably the best I've ever tried
Feels like nothing on the skin, doesn't sting and removes makeup quickly and efficiently. I really do love this one.
