Shiver eye shadow palette
This a fantastic eye shadow palette and the price on HQHAIR is such a bargain. I originally bought it as I wanted to try the Obsidian black colour and the darker shades, also wanted a small palette for travel and the size of this neat flat design perfect. These colours go on true to shade, last and blend well. These colours are matt without any shimmer so you can put a swipe of a neutral shimmer on top if desired. The one problem I have is that the lid doesn't open fully flat and stays open at 90° but that is just my personal preference as I sometimes hold a hand mirror when doing my eyes, but saying that I would buy a second one while it's at this price.
