STEP 1 – BEFORE COLOURING:
Remember to be colour safe and always do your patch test 48 hours before use, even if you have already used colouring products before.
Please follow the instruction leaflet and read the safety information.
STEP 2 – PREP:
Cover your shoulders with a towel and put on the gloves. Open the colouring cream and pour it entirely into the developer bottle. Close with the applicator tip and shake it to obtain a completely even mixture. Twist off the applicator tip immediately to avoid bursting and damage from the product over flowing.
STEP 3 – APPLY COLOUR:
Part your hair into small, even sections and apply the colour. Refer to instructions for development time. Apply conditioner and then rinse thoroughly.

The worst hair color paint
I had a very natural and nice blond. I just wanted to enlighten it, to look like in the picture recommended on the box. Now I look like a chicken, so yellow , it had to be blond Clair 01 (the lightest) ,no yellow!!!

Dreadful
I used the lightest shade and I have to say it was one of most horrible dye’s I’ve ever used,I have blonde hair but wanted a shade lighter,it just didn’t take,and left my hair dull

Excellent hair dye
I find L'Oréal Excellence permanent hair colour, a really great product, which i have been using for a number of years. True to shade, and leaves my hair looking soft and shiny. No issues.
