Step 1: Apply the Glitter Primer with a brush to help minimise the fallout and extend the glitter wear.
Step 2: Using a brush, apply and layer your favourite colours of Glitters to achieve the desired look.
Step 3: Remove excess Glitter with a cotton pad soaked in makeup remover and gently swipe away. Dispose of the cotton pad in a bin.
