This shampoo really calmed my irritated scalp. I have long fine hair and tried T Gel before I found this and while it helped my scalp it left my hair really dry. Not so with this. I would say that if you do have fine hair you may want to alternate with another shampoo after a couple of washes as it can leave mine a bit heavy on occasions. Also it does smell a bit like mens aftershave but I'm prepared to put up with that and it doesn't linger. Will definitely repurchase!
