After cleaning the zit, dampen skin to prep for application. Peel off one Zit Zapping Dot (the black and red dots are equally effective!) and gently press over the zit, covering completely. Like a sticker, the side of the dot that peels away from the plastic backing is the side that is placed on top of the zit, to zap it! Press edges to make sure it sticks. Keep dot in place for 8-10 hours (yes, you can sleep in it!), then remove gently and discard.
