Nice alternative to mac
5I got f300 instead of f400 because i usually wear nc42 and i tested it before i bought it in store, its got a good feel and great that its matte and not oily as i have oily prone skin

Need a lighter shade
3The coverage, finish and wear is great. I have oily skin that nonetheless can get flaky here and there, plus acne scars, and this covered my blemishes and looked smooth all day. It didn't settle into pores or get cakey. It felt light too, not heavy. I only had to slot minimally, and I didn't look gross if I were to forgo blotting. Bravo to this brand for making a great quality foundation in olive tones at a very affordable price. Two gripes: 1. The bottle was not sealed when it arrived. It didn't come in a box either, besides the shipping box. That made me nervous. 2. Their lightest shade is f100 and its 1-- shades too dark for me. On me, it looks orange, simply because it's too dark. I compared it to other foundations and it is quite olive, so that's good. For reference, I match closest to MAC NC20 or NC15. My old favorites were Everyday Minerals in Olive Fair and Sweet Almond for summer. These are, sadly, discontinued. Both had "chromium green" in them, which I think is what accounts for their true olive tone. They were perfect for my fair, olive skin and never irritated my skin. I keep my eye out for the ingredient now. My coloring is a Southern European kind of very light olive. RANT: It's VERY hard to find true olive shades for fair skin. Most fair colors are neutral which look "flat" or pink on me, and many yellow based colors turn orange on me. Very fair olive skin doesn't look warm in natural lighting. It has yellow, true, but it's so pale that you have more blue really. So the skin is quite GREEN but not that warm golden look that deeper olive skin colors have. I look positively green next to most people, without a sickly look (yes we exist). I say this in case some random person reads this and decides to take pity on us fair olive girls - we have soooo few choices for foundation!!!

Not nice
2I bought the darkest colour because I am a nc44 in MAC. But the foundation doesn't suit me at all because it is too olive toned for me and I have a yellow undertone, so when I apply this foundation it makes me look sick. Too bad for me because I read good reviews on this foundation.

4I'm a fan! Pricing: EX1 is affordable for all AND a high-end foundation. Finish: I didn't need to set the foundation as it dries to a semi matte finish.
