5I bought this shampoo because I have longish hair - past my shoulders and often loose volume very quickly right after I wash my hair & the reviews were great as are Kerastase products so I thought why not give it a try! I am so pleased I did it's absolutely gorgeous, it's clear ad doesn't coat your scalp or leave a residue so your hair feels nice and clean. The best thing is the lift it gives to the roots and this volume stays which is pretty tough to achieve with very long thick hair, I haven't found a shampoo as good as this ever! I have used it three times now before a night out and every time I have had comments about my hair! From guys and girls telling me I have beautiful hair, mostly strangers and I was a little taken back the first time, but have been recommending Cristalliste to all the ladies and saying "go on then" to the guys that insist they need to touch my hair because they haven't ever seen hair like that in real life before haha! Then they rave on about how soft it is! It really does leave your hair feeling so soft and silky and you can pretend you're on a hair advert, it sits so nicely and stays nice a straight the next day too! Well you can tell I love this shampoo and although it is slightly pricey you can use for a special night out and feel at your very best! Best find ever! Thank you HQ hair!! xx

5I have been looking online for this shampoo/conditioner since seeing advertisements in all the glossy magazines a few weeks ago! I couldnt believe it when i found it on HQ Hair. I have used it twice and so far I am very impressed (im keeping it for weekends only) My hair is fine and long and feels clean but not weighed down after using it, I also use the kerastase ultime elixir, what a winning trio! Im going to order some for my sister too.

3I was very excited about the prospect of this shampoo, I have fine shoulder length wavy hair and thought the would be ideal. The smell is not that pleasant but the shampoo is gentle and doesn't dry my hair out but it is probably better suited to slightly thicker hair as it leaves a residue. Not sure I'd re-purchase I prefer fekkai shampoo.
