Best eye primer
5I'm Asian and have hooded and oily eyelids, which makes an eye primer an essential part of my daily make up routine. I've tried eye primers from Smashbox, from Urban Decay both the regular one and the anti aging one, Mac's Paint Pot in Ochre and Nars is by far the best. It's easy to apply and it enhances the color of the eye shadow beautifully. It's pricey but it lasts a long time. The last one I had lasted for 20 weeks and I pretty much used it every day. You apply it with a wand - just like a lip gloss - which gives you control over how much you use, the color is white but becomes clear when you apply it.

Amazing !!!
5This eye shadow primer is absolutely amazing. I have asian oriental eyelids and have never bothered much with powder eyeshadows as they did not last on my lids till now. Have been able to wear powder eyeshadow and liner ALL DAY and right into the evening. Definitely worth the expense - best beauty product I have tried for years.

fantastic product
5This is a fantastic Nars Pro Prime Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base, my eyeshadow stays where I put it, no matter what I do or what the weather is like. The little tube is tricky - I thought I was running out of it but there was still enough in it for another 2-3 weeks!

5Really high quality product! I have very oily eyelids. With this base my eyeshadows last all day long without creasing and smudging Incredible! Just a perfect product. I highly recommended!

Wonderful eyeshadow base
5I seriously can't thank Nars enough for this Nars Pro Prime Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base; it's the best eyeshadow base I have ever tried and is the only one that works on my very oily eyelids. The summer is very hot where I live so wearing make-up has been hard for me during these months because no matter what great eyeshadows I use, they all smudge and literally melt off my eyelids. But not since I started using this! I don't know what it is made of, but your eyeshadow doesn't move at all. It's a miracle!

NARS Eyeshadow Base
5I have used the primer for the past 2 weeks and so far I am super happy with it. I overall have pretty dry and sensitive skin, but my lids tend to get very oily during the day. I have tried so many primers incl. drugstore, UDPP Eden, Mac Paintpots but with all of them my eyeshadow creased after a coule of hours. However I have not noticed any creasing with the NARS primer. The eyeshadow (drugstore) does fade a little after a long day, but it never ends up in the crease. The primer is a bit expensive, but if it continues working like it does, I'll sure repurchase it. NARS can improve on the packaging. The applicator does work well, but it does feel like there is hardly any primer in the tube, though a little goes a long way.

A GOOD PRODUCT
4Nars Pro Prime Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base is the best base eyeshadow I had never tested, but I have a very very very oily lid and sometimes Nars Pro Prime Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base it's not effective.
