Nars Velvet Matte Lip Pencil - Various Shades

Love these. I have Train Bleu, Damned, Cruella, Dolce Vita. The pencil shape is really convenient as you can just put it on precisely without a brush. Matte formulas are the best. Non-drying and long lasting. My go to lipstick for 2 years now.

I own 3 of these, and they are really great. Pigmented, matte but not so drying on the lips and stay put all day long, even after eating. Though it will budge with some good old-fashioned kissing

HG lipstick

Nars Velvet Matte Lip pencils are my HG lipstick - after trying countless other brands (high end and drugstore) I can safely say that these are winners - both in terms of pigment and staying power. I'm Asian, NW25-30 and own Dragon Girl, Red Square and Dolce Vita - all three gorgeous colours!

An excellent matte lipstick, very pigmented, not that drying (although all matte lipsticks are a little bit drying). Very pleased with my purshase!

Pop of Colour

I get a great matte finish with the Nars Velvet Matte Lip Pencil - Various Shades. I have Bolero which is a melon kind of colour, quite a peachy pink. It goes on matte, however if you sweep some turkish delight lipgloss over it, it totally transforms into a smoking look. It looks great with a sweep of bronzer and coral blush. The other colour I have is Dragon Girl, which gives a truly modern matte red lip (there's pink in there too, check images to see what I mean). It's not the cheapest but every time I wear Bolero, my husband always compliments on how fabulous I'm looking.

very pigmented

Nars has some of best products which includes the matte velvet lip pencil. I got the colour in lady dragon and so far I am enjoying it. I love the pigmentation and the smoothness. It doesn't dry your lips but lip balm prior to use gives better result. Love it !!

Excellent product

This Nars Velvet Matte Lip Pencil is my first experience with Nars lip pencils and it's a winner. The beautiful pigmented colour goes on easily and has good staying power. I love it and will be purchasing more!

The best red lipstick

This matte pencil has the perfect shade of red for light to medium skins, it stays in place for at least 6 hours without the seansation of dry lips. Highly recommendable!
